California Orbit Gas Stations

I believe there were about four of these stations with four-pointed concrete roofs built in San Bernardino between 1962 and 1963. I don't believe any of those have survived. Six others were built in the Sacramento area between 1963 and 1965. Only the three shown below have survived. This station in Incline Village, NV was built as an Orbit station but it has a different design. If you know of any other Orbit stations like these, I'd love to hear from you. This former Orbit station housed Tom's Auto Wholesale in the 1990s. When the 2008 photos above were taken, Legacy Rides, a used car dealership, was the occupant. By 2009, the building was vacant. It has housed at least two other used car dealerships since then. Around 2017, the building was painted blue. For more, see this website. [map]
