First National Plaza was built from 1964-1969 and housed the headquarters of the First Chicago Corporation. In 1998, the building became the headquarters for the Bank One Corporation and was known as the Bank One Tower. In 2006, Bank One merged with Chase and the building is now known as Chase Tower.
