Guaranty Federal Savings of St. Petersburg
Treasure Island, FL

This building was housing the Guaranty Federal Savings of St. Petersburg in the late 1970s. I don't know if that was the original occupant. Later, it has had many occupants including a real estate office, the Barrier Islands Gazette office, the Chamber of Commerce, and a fitness center. After the 2009 photos, the building was painted red and tan and was housing a deli. By 2020, the concrete block detail was gone and the building was housing Events by Fusion. [map]
