The R.L. Timberlake Jr. Federal Building was designed by Wielage & Walker and built in 1964. It was known as the Federal Office Building until it was renamed in 1979. [map]

Guaranty Federal Savings of St. Petersburg

2009:

2020:
This building was housing the Guaranty Federal Savings of St. Petersburg in the late 1970s. I don't know if that was the original occupant. Later, it has had many occupants including a real estate office, the Barrier Islands Gazette office, the Chamber of Commerce, and a fitness center. After the 2009 photos, the building was painted red and tan and was housing a deli. Around 2020, the concrete block detail was gone and the building was housing Events by Fusion. [map]

The Fun Center was built around 1968. It was demolished in 2007.
