The Mutual of Omaha Bank Building was designed by Houstoun, Albury, Baldwin & H. Maxwell Parish and built in 1965. The building is now known as the Colonnade Plaza. [map]

This former Flagler Federal Savings & Loan at the Biscayne Shopping Plaza was built in 1955. The building was renovated by 2011. The building now houses the Real Food Academy. [map]
