The second former A&W Root Beer in Las Vegas shown above housed Chicago Hot Dogs when this photo was taken in 2014. By 2018, the building was housing a Mexican restaurant. The original pole sign was adapted and moved to the roof. This building looks smaller and the "pilgrim's hat" looks shorter than the others to me. [map]

The A&W Root Beer in Wilmington was built in 1966. It still features the oval type of sign. The drive-in canopy portion has been converted to picnic table seating. [map]
