Temple Emanu-El was designed by Charles Greco and Albert Anis. It was built from 1946-1948 as the Miami Beach Jewish Center. It was renamed Temple Emanu-El in 1954. [map]

The 1200 Washington Avenue building was designed by Henry Hohauser and built in 1947. It has housed several restaurants in recent years. The building was vacant in 2020 when this photo was taken. [map]

Hoffman's Cafeteria was designed by Henry Hohauser and built in 1939. Later, the building housed the Warsaw Ballroom, the Club Ovo, and the China Club.
