WAVE Park

This concrete parabola structure in WAVE Park is located just north of the WAVE television station. It looks like a bus shelter but I'm told it never was. By 2021, it was painted these bright colors. By 2022, the park was fenced off. [map]

This commercial building was built around 1965. It may have housing a moving company originally. It now houses the Ink & Dagger Tattoo Co. [map]

The Louisville Fire Academy's Fire Environment Building is more commonly called "the Tower" or the "Drill Tower." It is used for training and testing purposes. I have not been able to determine the age of this building. The design has both 1940s and 1970s elements but one source says it was built in 1987. [map]

I believe this commercial building was built in 1967. It housed Minit-Print-It since 1973. In 2005, the company changed its name to MPI Printing. The company has moved and the building is currently vacant. [map]
