| In 2003, this Howard Johnson's restaurant was being remodeled. The Lamplighter sign is gone now. In 2009, the building was still vacant. The hotel has since reopened as a Ramada Inn. By 2014, both the hotel and restaurant buildings were vacant. In 2017, the buildings were demolished. For more, see this website. |

| This Howard Johnson's opened in 1953. It was the last location in the chain to feature the finned cupola and the Simple Simon and Pieman weathervane. This restaurant was not related to the Howard Johnson Tiki Resort just down the street. It closed in 2011 and then reopened in 2015. It closed again in 2022.
