Capitol
Records Tower
Hollywood, CA
The Capitol Records Tower was built in 1956. The building was designed by Louis Naidorf of Welton Becket & Associates. It was the world's first round office building. Contrary to popular belief, the building was not modeled after a stack of records. The architect didn't even know who the client was when he designed this building. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, and 3. [map]

The building's fountain was removed in 2011 when the building was adapted for the medical center. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]
