The former Little York Elementary School may have been built in the 1950s. The building has supposedly been converted into apartments. However, it appears to be vacant. [map]

Tanner Hall
Macomb, IL
Tanner Hall is a residence hall at Western Illinois University. It was built in 1968. The towers were divided into male and female student wings. The round building originally housed a dining room. The building has been closed since 2019. For more, see this website. [map]

Milner Library
Normal, IL
The Milner Library at Illinois State University was designed by Murphy, Downey, Wofford, & Richman and built from 1968-1976. [map]

Rebecca Crown Library
River Forest, IL
The Rebecca Crown Library at the Dominican University was designed by Perkins & Wil and built from 1968-1970. The interior spiral staircase was designed by Father Samuel Mazzuchelli. The university was known as Rosary College until 1997. [map]

Hebrew Theological College
Skokie, IL
The Hebrew Theological College moved to this new building in 1958. [map]
