| The main building of the Colgate factory was built in 1890. It had been previously used as a prison. Colgate moved into the building in 1921 and began soap production. An addition shown in the photos above was built in the 1940s for office space. Colgate moved in 2008 and I believe this building as well as most of the main one are still vacant. The Colgate property is best known for the giant clock on the main building. [map] |

| The Naval Armory was designed by John P. Parrish and Ben H. Bacon. It was completed in 1939. The Navy left the building in 1966. The building now houses the Indiana Army National Guard. [map] |

| This Elks Lodge was built from 1950-1951. The building houses the Elks Lodge and other fraternal organizations until the late 1970s. It began housing the Grover Museum in 1981. [map] |
