2018:
The Dixie Form & Steel Company building was designed by Marmon Mok and built in 1963. The building housed the NCOA (Non-Commissioned Officers Association) from around 1973 until 2009. That occupant added NCOA letters to the facade. The building now houses the Kingdom Life Christian Ministries. The church replaced the NCOA letters with KLCM. The building was repainted in 2017. For more, see these this website. [map]
