|The Road Island Diner is an O'Mahony from 1939. It was originally located in Fall River, MA where it was known as Al Mac's Diner. It was moved to Middletown, RI in 1953 where it became Tommy's Deluxe Diner. The diner closed in 2006 and was moved into storage. In 2007, the diner was sold and moved here. It reopened as the Road Island Diner in 2008. The diner is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]|
