The Stratosphere Tower, appears to be mid-century modern but it was actually completed in 1996. It was rebranded in 2019 as The STRAT Hotel, Casino and Skypod. The observation tower is 1,149 feet tall. It was designed by YESCO in the late 1980s. For more, see this website. [map]

The round building that housed Trinity Security Services when this photo was taken in 2014. By 2016, it was housing Bravo Insurance. It now houses the LV Psychic Shop. The building was built around 1963. It may have been originally used by the Paradise Palms Apartments located next to it. The building now houses a psychic's studio. [map]

This house appears to be from the 1950s or 1960s. It was previously painted white and a few features have been changed since 2006. This photo is from 2014. [map]

former Safeway
Las Vegas, NV
This former Safeway supermarket now houses a Savers Thrift Store. It was built in 1961. The shopping center's Huntridge Center sign was replaced in 2016 with a vintage-looking new one. Around 2018, the Savers building was repainted and its signs were updated to a similar retro look. The Circle K gas station on the corner was also given a similar design. [map]

Las Vegas Country Club
Las Vegas, NV
The Las Vegas Country Club clubhouse was designed by Julian Gabrielle and completed in 1968. It was originally known as the Las Vegas International Country Club. It was sold and named the Bonanza Country Club and Corral. In 1971, it became the Las Vegas Country Club. For more, see this website. [map]

Marnell House

The Marnell House was built in 1968. It was designed by Anthony Marnell. The house was restored in 2014. At that point, the dome on the roof was changed. It used to be more slender like those at the Las Vegas Country Club shown above. These photos are from 2017. [map]

Morelli House
Las Vegas, NV
The Morelli House was built in 1959 in the Desert Inn Country Club Estates. The owner and builder of the house was Antonio Morelli. In 2001, when the house was threatened with demolition by the development of the Wynn Resort, it was moved to its current location. The building now houses the Junior League of Las Vegas. The Carlson Education Building and the Holbert H. Hendrix Education Auditorium at UNLV were built in 1972. The Flora Dungan Humanities Building was designed by Zick & Sharp and built in 1970. [map]

Fallon Industries Thrift Store
Fallon, NV
The Fallon Industries Thrift Store previously housed Custom Office Supply. I don't know what business was here originally. The building, or at least the exterior details, appears to be from the 1950s or 1960s. It now houses Leah's Pool Hall. [map]
