former Magnolia station
San Antonio, TX
This former Magnolia station was built in 1929. The neon Pegasus sign was probably installed on the roof in 1932. The station closed in 1985. The building had been vacant since at least 2006. From 2011 until around 2019, Sloan/Hall, a store selling furniture, jewelry, and fashion occupied the building. I believe it is currently vacant. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]
