In 2019, the owner passed away and the business closed. The sign was auctioned off and is gone now. For more, see this website. [map]

The former Sunoco station was built around 1950. It has been vacant since around 2024. In 2025, plans were proposed to develop the property for a hotel. [map]

Craig's Sunoco occupied this building when this photo was taken in 2009. It hadn't sold gas since at least 1995. The red letters once read "Custom Service". By 2015, the building was vacant but the Sunoco blue panels and sign were still on the building. They were gone by 2016.

This former Sunoco station in Richmond was still an operating Sunoco station with a modern canopy and pumps when this photo was taken in 2010. The branding was changed to Marathon by 2015 and the Sunoco signs were removed.

Floyd's Sunoco Service is still operating, with a modern canopy and pumps in front. This intact exterior remains. The sign in the bottom row above is on the side of the building. [map]

This former station in Syracuse now houses the St. Andrew's United Methodist Thrift Shop. It may have been a Sinclair station originally. [map]

This former station was restored in 2015 as a Mobil station with pumps, signs, collectibles, and vintage cars. In 2025, just before this photo was taken, everything was auctioned off but the building remains. I don't know if the building originally housed a Mobilgas. [map]
