Purple Dinosaur [gone]
Cheboygan, MI
This Purple Dinosaur was located at the long-closed Eagle Falls Adventure Golf. The statue was about 16 feet tall. By 2011, the dinosaur had been toppled and severely damaged. By 2019, it didn't look like there were any remains of this statue. [2009 photos thanks Mark Comstock]

Kampvilla RV Park
Bear Lake, MI
The Kampvilla RV Park "Big Yellow Dinosaur" was originally installed in East Tawas where he was part of a mini golf course. The statue was moved here to Bear Lake around 1985. The statue is made of concrete over wire mesh and rebar. Its red eyes are lit at night. The dinosaur in the top row of photos above is used in parades. [map]
