Pismo Beach, CA
This Dinosaur and Dinosaur Eggs statues are located at the playground at Dinosaur Caves Park. There are several other animal statues here. The park opened in 2003. There was a life-sized dinosaur sculpture on the property sometime before the 1960s. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]

Dinosaur [gone]
Pismo Beach, CA
The Dinosaur in Pismo Beach was at a garden store next to the Giant Clam at the entrance to town. The statue looked like it might have been the work of Larry Williams. This photo is from 2008. By 2013, this dinosaur was gone.

Dinosaurs
Riverside, CA
These Dinosaurs statues are located at the Jurupa Mountains Discovery Center. The Colombian Mammoth, last photo above, is located high on top of a hill nearby. There are other dinosaurs up there which are not shown here. I believe some of these statues were created by Larry Williams. [map]

San Bruno, CA
This Dinosaur and Vladimir Putin statue is located at a Shell gas station. The dinosaur was installed in 2018. Putin was added in 2020. [map]

smaller dinosaurs
Argentino, an Argentinosaurus, was installed at the Discovery Science Center in 2006. At 40 feet tall, the dinosaur is life-sized and interactive. A cut-away section provides information about the dinosaur's heart and digestive system. There are also a life-sized T-Rex skeleton named Stan and a few smaller dinosaur statues.
