| The former Union Terminal was designed by Fellheimer & Wagner and built from 1932-1933. The terminal closed in 1972 and in 1980 it was briefly used as a shopping center. The building reopened in 1990 as the Museum Center, a complex featuring the Museum of Natural History, the Historical Society Museum and Library, the Children's Museum, and the OMNIMAX Theater.
