| The Flamingo Motel opened in 1962. In 2019, the original motel building was closed. It reopened as the Simple Life Motel. The Flamingo sign was moved to the canopy of the motel's other building next door. [map] |

The Relax Inn was previously known as the Townhouse Motel and the Town & Country Motel. The building featured a great, huge double canopy and other 1960s looking details. This photo is from 2004. In recent years, the building housed a Red Carpet Inn. It now houses a Red Roof Inn and was either completely rebuilt or significantly remodeled. |
