|First Baptist Church
|The First Baptist Church was completed in 1966. The carillon bell tower is 229 feet tall making it the largest prefabricated steeple in the world. The mosaic mural, which locals refer to as "Eggbeater Jesus", was created from 1966-1973. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. [map]|
