former Firestone
Fort Wayne, IN
The former Firestone was built in 1930 and was endangered for many years. In 2006, the building was converted into a Starbucks coffee shop. [map]

Firestone
New Albany, IN
This Firestone store was built in 1938. I have never seen another Firestone building like this. Firestone used a blue and orange color scheme before switching to red and white. When the store originally opened, it sold appliances, bikes, radios, and gas in addition to tires. The store is now known as Mike Smith's Firestone. [map]

Firestone
Tell City, IN
This Firestone was probably built as a garage that sold tires as well. It may have been used as a car dealership as well. In 2010, the building appeared to be in use as storage. By 2023, the Firestone sign was gone. [map]

Firestone
Crown Point, IN
This Firestone is another rare Firestone streamline moderne design. By 2022, the signs had been removed and the building was housing an antiques store. [map]

Firestone
Marion, IN
This Firestone was vacant when this photo was taken in 2010. The building was still vacant in 2023. For more, see this website. [map]
