The Ioka Theatre opened in 1915 and has been closed since 2008. In 2020, it was announced that the building was going to be refurbished for use as a restaurant or retail space with apartments above. The owner removed the sign and it was donated to the American Sign Museum in Cincinnati, OH. The building now houses the IOKA Condominiums. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]
