Veterans Memorial Coliseum
Madison, WI
The Veterans Memorial Coliseum was built in 1967. It is now part of the Alliant Energy Center. It was originally known as the Dane County Coliseum. For more, see this website. [map]

Mitchell Park Domes
Milwaukee, WI
The Mitchell Park Domes, aka "The Domes", are part of the Mitchell Park Conservatory. Each of the three beehive-shaped domes houses a different biome. They were built between 1959-1967. For more, see this website. [map]

LifeSpring [gone]
Minocqua, WI
This geodesic dome was built in 1980. It was vacant when this photo was taken in 2011. From, 2003 until at least 2008, the building housed LifeSpring, a coffee bar/grocery store/art gallery. Before that, it was previously abandoned. Does anyone know what was here originally? The building was still there in 2015 but gone by 2018.
