Kresge Auditorium
Cambridge, MA
The Kresge Auditorium was designed by Eero Saarinen and completed in 1955. It was built at the same time as his Kresge Chapel and the buildings are next to each other on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology campus. The Auditorium's dome-like building is a concrete shell with three glass walls, supported at only three points. For more, see this website. [map]
