The Pine Bluff Civic Center was built from 1963-1968. It was designed by Edward Durell Stone and Ashley Reed of Reed & Willis. There were three separate buildings: the City Hall, the Library, and the Council Chambers. There were plans to install a globe on top of the tower but that never happened. There was originally a fountain in the central courtyard. For more, see this website. [map]
commercial building [gone] Rogers, AR

This commercial building looked like it might have been a bank. The arch might have been inspired by the Gateway Arch in St. Louis which was completed in 1965. The building had been demolished by 2025.
