former station
Duluth, MN
This former station was built in 1921 as a Noco (Northwest Oil Co.) station. There was originally a canopy. In the 1970s, the building houses a women's dress shop known as the Portland Village. Since 1989, the PortLand Malt Shoppe has been here. [map]

former station
Duluth, MN
This building appears to have served as a former station and garage originally. It now houses a certified public accountants' office. [map]

former station
Rochester, MN
This former station was designed by Harold Crawford and was built in 1931. The station originally sold gas from the Olmsted County Oil Company. From 1971-2014, the building housed Chuck's Tire and Auto. These photos are from 2012. In 2015, the building was housing Schmitt Auto. [map]

former Phillips 66 station
Jackson, MN
This former Phillips 66 station housed the Travel Station of Jackson when these photos were taken in 2012. By 2013, the building was housing Hometown Realty and it had been covered with red siding. For more, see this website. [map]

Phillips 66 station
Faribault, MN
This former Phillips 66 station now houses the Hair Station. [map]

Northfield Auto Care
Northfield, MN
Northfield Auto Care is still a full-serve gas station offering repairs. This was previously the Northfield Mobil station as the plastic pegasus sign would suggest. I don't know what brand was sold here originally or when this station was built. [map]

former station
Minneapolis, MN
This former station was originally a Phillips 66 station. A painted-over emblem is still visible on the side of the building. The original green porcelain enamel panels are still visible in places under the blue paint. [map]

former Standard station
Bena, MN
This former Standard station pump canopy was built in 1933. It was part of a complex that included a grocery and tourist camp. The Winnibigoshish Grocery is still open and modern pumps are still operating. There are also two rebuilt cabins that are available for rent. For more, see this website. [map]
