This Kress Building appears to be from the 1930s. The ground floor has been altered and subdivided. The building now houses the Palladium Modesto nightclub and the Dance Academy. [map]

This Kress Building was designed by E.J.T. Hoffman and built in 1927. The building now houses the Pomona Antique Mart. [map]

Riverside, CA
The Kress Building was designed by John Fleming and opened in 1930. The building is now owned by the University of California at Riverside. In 1988, it was converted into the CMP (California Museum of Photography). The Kress logo and many other features were removed in the process. [map]

This Kress Building was designed by John Fleming and built in 1931. There was originally a Kress neon blade sign on the front of the building. The store closed in 1980. The building now houses the Kress Lofts on K. The ground floor is currently vacant but there are plans to use it for retail space. Trees make this building very difficult to photograph. This Kress Building was designed by Edward F. Sibbert and built in 1938. The store closed in 1980. The Kress letters at the top of the building have been replaced with "Plaza". The building's current main occupant is Plaza Self Storage. [map]
