|This Chase Furniture building was constructed in 1946. The company left the building in 2005 and it has been vacant since then. In 2007, the Charleston Law School signed a five-year lease to use the building. The building is currently vacant. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]|

|Bouharoun's Package Store has been here since the late 1940s. [map]|
|First National Bank
|The First National Bank was built in 1938. It is now a Carolina First Bank. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. [map]|
|Hartsville Community Center
|The Hartsville Community Center was built in 1936 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building housed the Chamber of Commerce, the Hartsville Library, city and other offices, and retail space. It also featured the Center Theatre which now offers live performances.
