From what I can gather, the Manhattan Laundry was a former laundromat. It is now an apartment building. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. For more, see this website. [map]

Brownley Confectionery Building
Washington, DC
The Brownley Confectionery Building was designed by Porter & Lockie and built in 1932. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The ground floor now houses District Taco. [map]
