America's Fiberglass Animals [gone]
Shelton, NE
America's Fiberglass Animals was another fiberglass statue manufacturer. The company was later known as Fiberglass Animals and Objects. These photos are from 2008. The business is gone now. The company had many of the molds from Prewitt Fiberglass Animals, one of the biggest producers of fiberglass statues in the 1960s. For more, see this website.

R.P. Creations [gone]
Berlin, NH
I don't believe R.P. Creations is still in business. Raymond A. Paulin is or was the artist behind most of the fiberglass statues. These photos are from 2007. By 2016, the statues were gone. The Moose in Gorham, NH was produced by R.P. Creations.

Del Buono's Bakery
Haddon Heights, NJ
Del Buono's Bakery has a variety of large animal statues including a rooster, a gorilla, a cow, a donkey, a lion, a rabbit, a Poodle, and a couple pigs. Some of these figures appear to be mini golf cast-offs. There are also gold human figures which look like they were from a cemetery and wine barrels from who knows where. These photos are from 2009. By 2016, the building had been demolished and replaced with a larger one. Some of these statues are gone now. [map]

Glass Hand [gone]
Cleves, OH
The Glass Hand was another fiberglass statue manufacturer. They produced figures for amusement parks, Big Boy statues for Frisch's (middle photo above), and they do custom work for individuals. They made 270 of the 400 pigs that were part of Cincinnati's Big Pig Gig public art project in 2000. The Carpeteria Genie on the far left above was restored for the American Sign Museum. The Glass Hand is gone now.

Jungle Jim's International Market
Fairfield, OH
Jungle Jim's International Market is a six-and-a-half acre supermarket with an amusement park type atmosphere. In addition to these animal statues, there are more statues outside and inside the store, including animatronic displays. Some examples include: a Birthday Cake, a Snake, and Fruit & Corn. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]
