This former Canada Dry bottling plant was designed by Walter M. Covy and built in 1946. The building was used as a warehouse for many years. This photo is from 2008. In 2017, the building was restored for the Hiawatha Collegiate High School. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]

Pine City, MN
This former Coca-Cola bottling plant was built in 1936. The bottling equipment was removed in 1986 and the building was used as a sales office and warehouse for Viking Coke until 2003. The building has been converted into the Pine City Bottle Cap Condos (now Pine City Landings). [map]
