Coca-Cola Bottle & Building
Hagerstown, MD
The Coca-Cola plant in Frederick was built in the 1940s. The bottle that was on the roof is a replica of the company's 1920 bottle design. The bottle was refurbished in 1998. In 2008, Coca-Cola moved out of the building. It was still vacant in 2018. By 2021, the building had been renovated at "The Bottling Plant" for office and residential space. In 2022, it was housing the Cugino Forno pizza restaurant. [map]

The bottle is now displayed on the roof of the Coca-Cola plant in Hagerstown, MD. [map]

Havre de Grace:
Pepsi-Cola

former Coca-Cola bottling plant
Silver Spring, MD
This Coca-Cola plant was built in 1942. Coca-Cola moved to a new location in 1968. The building housed NTB Tires for many years. It appears to be vacant now. The Coca-Cola name above the original entrance at the left has been almost obliterated. [map]

The former Canada Dry plant was built in 1946 and closed in 1999. The corner part of the building was preserved in the 2006 construction of the "Silverton" condos. There are a few similar former Canada Dry plants that remain including these in Philadelphia, PA and Orange, NJ. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, 3, and 4. [map]
