This Coca-Cola bottling plant was built in 1939. There was an animated neon Coca-Cola sign above the building's entrance for many years. It was removed when the company left the building sometime around 2005. The building had been used for bottling until 1987 and was used as a distribution center after that. In 2013, the building was restored. In 2014, it began housing the Dry Ground Brewing Co. The building now also houses Pipers Tea & Coffee, a Mellow Mushroom, the Ice Cream Factory, and a yoga studio.
