This former Coca-Cola bottling plant complex was built in 1931 and then updated in 1940 and 1949. The exterior is faced with glazed terracotta tile while the interior has travertine walls. In 1969, the buildings were sold to Indianapolis Public Schools which used them as a bus facility until around 2018. The buildings are being renovated as the Bottleworks District. A food hall with multiple restaurants, entertainment, and hotel is expected to open there in 2021. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]

This building was refurbished around 2008. The roof on the top was replaced. The sign was either completely refurbished or recreated. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]
