The Arrowhead Lodge opened in 1949. This sign is probably from the 1960s. The design is quite similar to the Bow & Arrow Lodge sign in Albuquerque. For more, see this website. [map]

The Road Runner Motel sign appeared to be from the 1960s. This photo is from 2012. By 2014, the corrugated plastic panel had been replaced with a new plastic panel. By 2021, the sign was gone. For more, see this website.

The Blue Spruce Lodge was built in 1949. This sign may be from then. It was repainted around 2019. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]

The Lariat Lodge opened in 1954. This sign is probably from the late 1950s. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, and 3. [map]

The California Supermarket was built in the 1950s. This photo was taken in 2006 just shortly before the sign was removed and destroyed. There is now a Lowe's store on the property. For more, see this website.

The Avalon Restaurant sign was probably from the 1960s. By 2010, it was gone. The Shell gas station sign in the distance was originally a Texaco sign. For more, see this website.

The Lexington Hotel was built in 1931 and the yellow sign might be from then. It was restored around 2003 by Hinkley Signs of Gallup. The rectangular sign might be from the 1950s or later. For more, see this website. [map]

The Ranchito Motel sign is probably from the 1960s or 1970s. The curls on the top of the sign were originally outlined with neon. There was a much larger neon sign with bulbs originally. The Ranch Kitchen opened in 1954 as the restaurant for the Thunderbird Lodge. The sign features oversized cookware. It has been here since at least the 1960s. The neon 7-2-11 Food Store sign might be from the 1950s. The rooftop sign was probably from the 1960s. That sign was gone in 2022. [map]
