O'Gara's Bar & Grill opened in 1941 as a tavern. Food was added later. The sign at the far right was built in 1941. It may have been a double-sided hanging sign originally. That sign was restored in 2004. The sign at the very far left was modern. The signs above the windows and near the roof might have been modern replacements. The lettering was changed from "Jim's" to "Tim's". The bar closed in 2018 and the building was demolished. I believe the signs were auctioned off. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, and 3.

The Dari-Ette Drive-in started out as an ice cream stand in 1951. This sign was most likely from then. The business closed in 2020 and it was put up for sale. The building now houses Boga Ice Cream and Burger. This sign was reworked with plastic panels. For more, see this website.

The St. Clair Broiler opened here in 1956 and this sign was probably from then. The sign was lit at night and the flames were animated. The business closed in 2017 and the sign was removed and sold.
