Dalton Dari-ette
Dalton, OH
The Dalton Dari-ette opened in 1957. For more, see this website. [map]

former East Park Restaurant and Drive-in [gone]
Ravenna, OH
The East Park Restaurant opened in 1931. The drive-in was added next door in 1961. The drive-in closed in 2005 and remains vacant. These photos are from 2011. By 2014, the canopy had been demolished but the building was still there and abandoned. The restaurant (not shown) closed around 2014 and was demolished in 2016. I doubt that this sign will survive. For more, see this website. [map]

Michael's Goody Boy Drive-in
Columbus, OH
ca. 2002: 2010:

2012:
I believe Michael's Goody Boy Drive-in opened in 1947. It was originally a drive-in with car hops. By the 1950s, it was just an indoor restaurant. This sign is most likely from the 1950s. Around 2007, the sign was repainted and the neon on it was removed. Michael's closed in 2009. The Jimmy V's restaurant chain bought the building and renovated the interior. The exterior was only updated slightly. In 2011, the restaurant reopened as Michael's Goody Boy Diner. The sign was adapted and restored. It is lit at night. For more, see this website. [map]

Jolly's Drive-in
Brookwood Ave.
Hamilton, OH

Jolly's Drive-in
N. Erie Hwy.
Hamilton, OH
The Brookwood Ave. Jolly's Drive-in was originally an A&W Root Beer. [map]

The N. Erie Hwy. Jolly's Drive-in might have opened as an A&W as well. There is another location in Tiffin, OH which claims to have opened in the late 1940s. There was another location in Fairfield, OH which has been replaced with a Taco Bell. Does anyone know when these drive-ins originally opened and if there were any others? For more, see this website.
