Clyde's Drive-in
Sault Ste. Marie, MI
Clyde's Drive-in opened in 1949. This building appears to be from the 1960s. There are other locations in St. Ignace and Manistique but this is the oldest. There is indoor and outdoor seating as well as car hop service. For more, see this website. [map]

Bill's Drive-in
Ypsilanti, MI
Bill's Drive-in opened in 1935 and still has car hops. The stand specializes in homemade root beer and chili dogs. [map]

Chick-Inn Drive-in
Ypsilanti, MI
The Chick-Inn Drive-in opened in 1953. The original building was razed and this one built in 1955. The food is ordered by a speaker system and delivered by car hops. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. [map]

Roy's Squeeze Inn
Ypsilanti, MI
Roy's Squeeze Inn was established by the 1950s. This building previously housed a donut shop. I don't know when Roy's moved to this location. The restaurant still offers curb service as well as indoor stool seating. There are two other, newer locations: one in Ypsilanti and another in Canton, MI. [map]
