Lee's Bar-B-Q
Trinidad, CO
Lee's Bar-B-Q opened in 1938. It features drive-in car hops as well as indoor dining. Apparently, the top part of the sign revolved originally. I don't know where this character came from but he has appeared on other signs such as this one in Meridian, MS and this one in El Paso. For more, see this website. [map]

Burger Boy Drive-in
Cortez, CO
The Burger Boy Drive-in looks like it has been here since the 1950s or 1960s. There is car hop service. [map]

Vicco's Charcoalburger Drive-in
Glenwood Springs, CO
Vicco's Charcoalburger Drive-in opened in 1953. The giant hamburger on the canopy was added sometime in or after 2011. This photo is from 2012. [map]

Cy's Drive-in
Colorado Springs, CO
Cy's Drive-in opened in 1953 as a Frosty Freeze. Another source says it was a Tastee-Freez. It was later named after owner Cy Long. This drive-in features car hops. For more, see this website. [map]
