K's Dairy Delite
Buena Vista, CO
K's Dairy Delite originally housed Goldbrick and Jerry's Fountain Goodies. It might have been built in 1955. In 1968, it became K's Dairy Delite. [map]

Mr. Ed's Family Restaurant
Canon City, CO
Mr. Ed's Family Restaurant was built in 1970 as a drive-in and restaurant. The business initially went by the name of "Mr. Ed's Dairy King." It replaced a smaller Dairy King drive-in was built in 1967. Mr. Ed's closed in 2023 and the building's contents were auctioned off. The property is now surrounded by chain link fencing. [map]

Cy's Drive-in
Colorado Springs, CO
Cy's Drive-in opened in 1953 as a Frosty Delight. It became Cy's in 1954. This drive-in features car hops. [map]

Burger Boy Drive-in
Cortez, CO
The Burger Boy Drive-in looks like it has been here since the 1950s or 1960s. There is car hop service. [map]

Vicco's Charcoalburger Drive-in
Glenwood Springs, CO
Vicco's Charcoalburger Drive-in opened in 1953. The giant hamburger on the canopy was added sometime in or after 2011. This photo is from 2012. By 2018, the burger was gone and a Sinclair dinosaur statue was on the roof. [map]

Lee's Bar-B-Q
Trinidad, CO
Lee's Bar-B-Q opened in 1938. It features drive-in car hops as well as indoor dining. Apparently, the top part of the sign revolved originally. I don't know where this character came from but he has appeared on other signs such as this one in Meridian, MS which is gone now and this one in El Paso. For more, see this website. [map]
