This former Woolworth was designed by Harold B. Hillman and built in 1940. At the time, it was largest of the chain's West Coast stores. It closed in 1994 and has been a Ross Dress for Less since then. For more, see this website. [map]

This former Woolworth was built in 1950. It closed in 1993. It appears that the original Woolworth letters shown in the top row above on the right were removed and replaced with replicas. [map]
