Chanticleer
Baltimore, MD
The Chanticleer cocktail lounge was built in 1939. There was originally a rooster on top of the weathervane. The Chanticleer closed in the 1950s. The building was then used as a restaurant and catering hall. From 1972-2015, the building housed the Club Hippo bar. After that, the building has housed a CVS drug store. [map]
